Our rates

Facilities included: electricity, water, gas, final cleaning, heating, air conditioning, high chair, safety rails, osmotic drinking water dispenser.
Facilities not included: sheets and towels (if requested, the cost is € 10,00 per person per change).

Pets: admitted on request with extra charge of € 25,00.


Conditions
1. Check in: 02:30 p.m. - Check out: 09:00 a.m.
2. Deposit 1/4 of the amount
3. Payment on arrival
4. The occupation of lodging is limited by the number of the indicated bed places, indifferently if adults, children or infants
5. Any damage will lead to an appropriate redress
6. In case you must cancel a reservation, no refund will be given
7. The Management is not responsible for any valuables left in the apartments, on the premises, or in public areas
